This delicious rice dish is packed full of flavour and can be eaten on its own as a meal for one or as a side dish for two.  


The ras el hanout gives it a real authentic moroccan flavour, combined with the pistachio's, cranberries and sultanas to give it a lovely fruit sweetness.  


This is one of my favourites served with salmon, grilled chicked, beef strips or tender lamb and perfect for a summers day.
