The tea is soaked in water and liquid carbon dioxide which, when drained, washes off the caffeine. This process preserves the natural flavours of the tea giving an ideal decaf drink for any time of day. Brew by adding freshly boiled water to the loose tea leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes.
